- Choose to Register or Place Order without Registering.

In the shopping cart you may update quantities, check out, or continue shopping.

Complete Shipping Instructions in the Shopping Cart. (If your order contains more than one shipping address, you may enter the extra addresses in the comment section while you complete your order. There will be an additional charge for each extra shipping address.)
Shipping
- Shipping is included in all item prices.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your item. We will notify you when your item ships and provide you with the shipping method used along with a tracking number.
- Most items are shipped UPS ground. If you need ASAP, please call us at 1-877-732-2688, and we will try to accommodate.
- Note: UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.
- At Christmas, you will need to allow more time. Please place your order by December 10th for guranteed delivery by Christmas.
Returns/Exchanges & Guarantees:

Your satisfaction with the item you purchased is most important to us.
After all, we would like you to keep coming back! If you are not fully satisfied
you can return the item within 30 days and we will exchange it or issue a store credit
for the purchase amount. Sorry, no refunds.
- How do I Return/Exchange an item?
Contact us by e-mail at customerservice@bluelobstercottage.com or call 1-877-732-2688 Monday through Friday from 10am-7pm Pacific Standard Time.
Please place the return item in its original
package.
Inside your package please include your order number, name, address, phone number,
and e-mail address and the reason for exchange/refund.
Returned items must be in the original packaging, with tags attached if applicable
and unused and unsoiled. If the above conditions are met, we will cheerfully
issue a credit/exchange. If your item was drop shipped to you by the manufacturer, you need to contact Blue Lobster Cottage for a return authorization and will need to return the item to Blue Lobster Cottage for store credit. Sorry, no refunds.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment to protect you in case the
item gets damaged or lost in the mail. Blue Lobster Cottage is not responsible for return
items lost or damaged in the mail.
If you received a damaged item we will also refund your shipping/handling
charges. All sales are final after 30 days.
